| Tara and Jason at our family Halloween party |
To recap our lives from the last month... let's start with Tara's wedding. My baby sister (I know she is no longer a baby) got Married on November 2nd. She married Jason Anderson from Fairview Utah. They got married in the Manti Utah temple.
The ceremony was beautiful, and it was a beautiful day as well. It felt like a warm September day in November. They actually had their reception the night before. The reception was awesome. My mother is amazing and did an amazing job decorating the building. Tara also choose to have a salsa bar at her wedding so that made us all happy too! Who doesn't love salsa? It's still a little weird to think that Tara is married, but Jason is awesome and we all had a great time.
Now a little update with Nate, he just got a new job at Haven Home Health. It was crazy home this all came about. He wanted a job closer to home so... he just looked up a home health company, went in to see if they were hiring, applied for the job, and the next day he was hired! It must have been ment to be. We are really excited about this job. Well done Nate!
This last week we also got to go and have a visit with Jesse in his poctor home. After months of struggles, and really no improvement from Jesse, we had our first positive visit with him. He is doing well in school, passed all of his classes first term, and things at the home where he lives are going better as well. We are so happy that there seems to be a bit of improvement for him. We just pray that it will continue.
Finally our little angle Aaron! He is growing and happy, and just the best thing ever! He has been starting to get some dry red spots all over his back and chest. We took him into the doctor and it is just some eczema. Basically dry red splotches on his skin. The doctor told us to move to San Diego. He said this as a joke, but both Nate and I said, "Ok!" at the same time. Probably not going to happen, but hey doctor's orders. Really we just lotion the kid up like crazy, use some dove soap, and things have been getting better. We did use baby oil because the doctor recommended that as well, but it made Aaron break out into a rash, so we nixed that quickly. I am glad that it doesn't seem to bother him at all. He doesn't scratch it, or cry or whine when I have to put lotion on him. What a good boy.
So there you have it. Our little update. We are getting really excited for the next couple of weeks. On November 28th we go to court to make the adoption final, and on the 30th of November we get to go to the Provo temple and have Aaron sealed to use! Best month ever! And on top of all of that, we have my birthday, Nate's birthday, and Thanksgiving. I guess it is easy to see what November is hands down out favorite month ever!
